This session was extra special because Michelle is a photographer I look up to. She and KCee are so much fun to be around, and their home matches their beauty.

We even had a few guest appearances from their cats, and they loved the camera.

What better way to end the year than with skiing and hot cocoa? Ava and Nathan carved the hills in style and got a few photos while they were at it.

The only thing cooler than these two was the temp, but some hot cocoa in the lodge made everything better.

HOME SESSION

There's nothing like film, plants, and wooden floors. Though the film is black and white, the warmth of the home shines through every photo. The life of each plant shimmers as the light beaming through the windows fills the room.

Though there's light, the negative space in each photo speaks just as loudly, framing the plants.
