6. Portfolio Images & Subject Consent

Images displayed in the portfolio on this Website are the copyrighted work of Joey Trcka Photography and are published with the consent of the subjects depicted, in accordance with model release agreements signed at the time of booking. These images are displayed solely to showcase the Photographer's work and style.

If you are a former client and believe an image of you has been published without your consent or in a manner inconsistent with your booking agreement, please contact us promptly at connect@joeytrcka.com and we will address your concern.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
